Dr Samintharaj Kumar spearheads the Nuffield Dental Leadership Team as both the Founder and Chief Executive Officer.
His background includes working experience in both hospitals and private practice both in the United Kingdom and Singapore. Being both qualified in Medicine and Dentistry with a Masters in Business Administration gives him a particular insight into leadership and entrepreneurship in the healthcare landscape. He is very passionate about training and lecturing and frequently provides mentorship for dentists.
As a serial entrepreneur, Dr Kumar is well known for his ability to develop new projects and create new alliances within the healthcare space and beyond. He is also a highly regarded speaker and is a Key Opinion Leader for a few commercial organizations.
In 2019, he was conferred as a Fellow to the International College of Dentists. In 2020, he was elected as Council Member to the Singapore Dental Association.
Dr Kumar works at Nuffield Dental as a practicing general dental surgeon focussing primarily in All on 4/ Teeth in a Day, Zygomatic Implants, Ceramic Dental Implantology, Oral Surgery, Aesthetic full mouth reconstruction.
